People ask: is it that painful when giving birth?
It depends on a lot of factors including individual pain tolerance, the number of times you've given birth before, the size of the baby's head, etc.The quick answer is, yes it hurts (unless you get an epidural which may be available in some countries and hospitals). There are certainly things that hurt more, like kidney stones or serious burn injuries. Some lucky moms have a short labor, don't have much tearing at all, and barely need stitches. These moms may say that giving birth was a breeze. Others are in labor for more than one day, tear all the way to the anus and need reconstructive surgery!

: is cold water harmful for health?
There have been rumors going around that cold water - particularly ice cold water may solidify fats in your stomach making the fat harder to absorb, and eventually cause heart attacks. Have no fear! Cold water is actually perfectly safe to drink. There is no scientific evidence that cold water interferes with digestion in any way, so go ahead and enjoy your cold water after a workout or on a hot day.

: what should I do to stop bad thoughts arising in my mind?
Here are tips for overcoming depression by changing your mindset from negative to positive position. You’ll notice an immediate difference if you:
Change your frown to a smile, stand straight, with shoulders back
Talk to somebody you trust about what is bothering you
3. The setting.
Spend one minute taking deep breaths in and out
4. Finger with the trigger.
When you feel a negative thought entering your mind, question it. You’ll see that there is little rational reason for it.
5. In me.
Be creative, do what you love, dance, using, paint, write - for yourself. You’ll remember the positivity you bring to the world
Every day take 5 minutes to write down what you’re grateful for, and what accomplished.
