USA's 2-1 loss in Trinidad and Tobago marks the elimination of Bruce Arena's squad in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, this is the first time that the United States men's soccer national team will not play the World cup since 1986. This situation did not just leave the United States with one thing to worry about as it triggers Bruce Arena; the United States men's soccer national team head coach in pushing a step forward to his resignation which he strongly believes to be of the United States men's soccer national team advantage.
Bruce Arena's bio and record
Bruce Arena has had a wonderful coaching career with great successes. Bruce Arena was born on September 21, 1951, at Brooklyn New York, U.S. Arena has managed several teams and as U.S manager, he has won CONCACAF Gold Cup three (3) times, in the following years; 2002, 2005 and 2017 and finished third in 2003.
Adding to his successes, between 1998 and 2006, Arena in 130 games accumulated 71 wins (victories) which fetched him the position of best win rate compared to former US men's soccer coaches. That was remarkable.
U.S men's soccer national team downfall
For the first time since 1986, USA will miss the FIFA World Cup after their three (3) wins, three (3) draws, four (4) losses and with the total of 12 points in their World cup qualifier matches, no doubt this bad change could really be very hard for Bruce Arena to take. Trying to observe the purpose of his resignation still keeps many United States citizens and soccer lovers including Arena's squad with mouths wide open in surprises.
Bruce Arena's response to the situation
Bruce Arena of 66-year-old who took after Legend Klinsmann was sacked has taken full responsibility for his team's failure to not being able to do the job well. Arena believes they (himself and his team) have no excuses for failing to qualify for World Cup which has not occurred since 1986, and Arena believes his resignation will give the USA men's soccer national team a better and more progressive future ahead.
Bruce Arena on a speech made it clear on how touching the disappointment is, he certainly has nobody to blame it on, of course he needs no one to blame It on, though resigning is not an easy thing for Arena but still he believes his resignation will be of great benefit to the USA men's soccer national team and the United States soccer lovers in general.
Bruce Arena has stated how lovely and fun being with the United States men's football national team has been for him and has willingly given his resignation for the progress of the national teams.
Bruce Arena's next plan
Bruce Arena has not made known his recent plans on what next he is going for, but his stand still remains on giving the United States men's soccer national team a space for new growth.
The question is: how can they regain their past glory
Always showing kindness
